Weekly Coalition Call

You're not doing
this alone.

Every week, Midterms Matter partners across Texas get on a call to share what’s working, campaign updates, and ask questions. It’s optional, informal, and genuinely useful.

What happens on the COALITION call

Optional. INFORMAL. USEFUL.

Weekly coalition calls cover three things in about 30 minutes.

Campaign Updates

Hear what’s happening across the coalition – participation numbers, new resources, and upcoming milestones you should know about.

Share What's Working

Partners share quick wins – messages that resonated, channels that surprised them, and approaches worth trying. Real talk from real leaders.

Q&A & Troubleshooting

Got a question about the toolkit, a specific message, or how to handle a tricky situation? Bring it to the call. Someone else has probably faced the same thing.

Common Questions

ABOUT THE COALITION CALL

Every week, Midterms Matter partners across Texas get on a call to share winning strategies, campaign updates, and ask questions. The coalition call is optional, informal, and genuinely useful. Miss a week? That's fine. Bring a colleague? Of course. For call details, email texas@igcimpact.org

Do I have to attend every week?

Not at all. The calls are optional and drop-in friendly. Come when you can, skip when you can't. There's no attendance requirement.

HOW LONG ARE THE CALLS?

About 30 minutes. We respect your time and keep things focused.

WHO ELSE IS ON THE CALL?

Other Midterms Matter partners from across Texas - employers, faith leaders, nonprofit directors, association leaders, and community organizers. It's a good group.

What if I miss a call?

No problem. Key updates from each call are shared by email so you stay in the loop even when you can't attend.

Can I Bring a Colleague?

Absolutely. The more the merrier. Just have them email texas@igcimpact.org to get the call details.

Invite Another Leader

KNOW SOMEONE WHO SHOULD BE IN THE COALITION?

The most powerful thing you can do after joining Midterms Matter is to invite another trusted leader to the coalition. Think of one person whose network would make a difference, then send them this.

Who to invite: A trusted employer, faith leader, chamber president, or nonprofit director. One good invite can multiply your impact.

I’ve joined Midterms Matter, a nonpartisan effort to help more Texans participate in the November 3 midterm election.

Your network trusts you, and trust is what this coalition is built on. Midterms Matter makes engagement quick and easy. No significant time commitment and no heavy lifting. The toolkit they provide does that for you. Check out MidtermsMatter.org.
